Follow my Lead is a GPT app found in OpenAI's ChatGPT Marketplace that provides users with potential sales leads based on the user's query.
This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.
We do not use, nor have access to, Your Personal data.

ChatGPT Marketplace is a location in OpenAI's ChatGPT platform where You opt to use a GPT, or ChatGPT app, to provision our Service.
ChatGPT Account means a unique account created for You by OpenAI to access our GPT Service or parts of our Service.
App refers to Follow my Lead, the GPT app which runs on OpenAI's ChatGPT platform and is only accessible from the ChatGPT Marketplace.
Service refers to the backend of the App that delivers the core functionality.

Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, a user query).
We collect queries and responses that are generated through the use of the Service. This data is completely anonymous and cannot be linked or associated with individual users. While We do not ask for, nor receive, any personally identifiable information, users can prevent data collection by:
We use the collected data solely for the purpose of improving the app's responses and maintaining the quality of our Service.
While using Our Service, We do not ask for, nor receive from You any personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You.
OpenAI does not provide us with any user identifiable data, such as cookies or unique user identifiers.
We collect the queries and reponses that You generate through the use of the Service. This data is completely anonymous and cannot be linked or associated with You.
Not all queries in the App are shared with the Service. Only when ChatGPT decides to "Start an Action" is your query shared. The action initiates a call to the Service, sending the query and receiving the response.
Each time You perform a query using the App and ChatGPT starts an action, a response is generated by the Service and sent back to ChatGPT. The query and response pairs are collected by the Service.
The App is configured to opt out of OpenAI's usage of Your conversation data to improve their models.
The Company uses the data in order to make improvements to the responses. Only by analyzing query and response pairs can we assess if the Service is performing within a reasonable timeframe and providing relevant answers.
We use the services of Diffbot to process Your requests and obtain necessary data for responding. These requests are converted into Diffbot's DQL format and sent to their systems. No personally identifiable information is included in these queries.
Please be aware that while we do not collect personal information, Diffbot may have its own data collection and use policies. We encourage you to review Diffbot's Privacy Policy to understand their data practices.
The Company will retain Usage Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Usage Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
Safeguards are in place to protect any data We collect from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Measures include HTTPS-only between OpenAI and the Service, vulnerability prevention, password policies, build and release processes, and testing.
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.
